Waterborne Adhesive Coating
KWC’s water-based adhesion/adhesive coating business sector manufactures a variety of products with adhesion/adhesives that is combined with water, polymers, and additives to meet the customers’ requirements. It can be applied to multiple substrates for the required applications, and has high adhesion/adhesiveness and excellent features. KWC’s waterborne adhesive coating provides sustainable solution for customers since it does not emit T-VOCs generated during the combustion and is produced without any harmful factors in the production process.
Recyclable kraft tape that has been designated as separate collection of paper and approved as eco-friendly by the government. KWC’s kraft tape considers the environment and the people. Water-based adhesion and release agent is used for the kraft tape, and all of the processes from paper mount to packaging is done in-house.

Eco-friendly certified product
Q Tape is an eco-friendly product that has approval on separate paper collection and eco-label certification (government certification for eco-friendly product), which facilitate resource circulation and reduce environmental pollution. KWC’s kraft tape is dissociable during the repulping process and is easy to recycle. Unlike OPP tape or kraft tapes sold in the market which are classified as waste, KWC’s recyclable tape can be discharged as paper. There is no need to separate the tape from boxes or any other paper packaging.

Water-based Adhesion Coating
Q-tape is a kraft tape that applied aqueous release agents and aqueous adhesion. Since water is used as a diluent, it does not contain any solvents and therefore there are no harmful substances generated during the production.

- 03Recyclability
Q-tape is certified as eco-label (EL 103: Paper adhesive tape and paper adhesive sheet) recyclability evaluation, and passed the value of Somerville screen test according to UL 2485 standard. KWC’s kraft tape’s reject percentage is 2.5% which is below the standard test percentage of 15%. - 04No emission of T-VOCs during combustion
