Biodegradable Food Packaging Coating

KWC’s biodegradable food packaging coating accomplishes water-resistance, grease-resistance, and heat-seal by using water-soluble and water-dispersible non-PE food resin coating. If necessary, KWC adjust the function by adding various aqueous solutions during polymerization. Biodegradable food coatings provide high quality by adjusting the right coating methods for each category to ensure the same function as PE.

Biodegradable

KWC’s Biodegradable food packaging coatings does not require separation of coating film when dissociating paper. With non-PE coating technology, coating products can be dissociated and composted in the soil by decomposition. Biodegradation proceeds smoothly to the extent that it does not affect the growth of plants that is planted within the product, and moreover microorganism can reproduce and survive. Biodegradable food packaging coating is produced by water-based resin and can be used for a long period of time after the process of molding.
